• The reservations must be done through the official website of  Hotel Ljuljak www.ljuljak.com
• Online reservations is considered confirmed after bank payment.
•  You can pay for your reservation by bank transfer to a bank account specified by us or through a virtual POS terminal on our website.
•  In case of cancellation of a paid reservation within 7 calendar days before the date of arrival, the paid amount by you will be fully refunded within 1 month after the planned date of arrival.
•  In case of cancellation of a paid reservation after 7 calendar days before the date of arrival, Hotel Ljuljak retains 50% of the value of the payment as penalty.
