Plan and measures under COVID – 19

In the specific moment, during COVID-19 pandemic, we in hotel Ljuljak have prepared and organized strict plan and measures to ensure the wellbeing of our guests, employees and partners.

In order to provide your pleasant holiday we follow recommendations of the National crisis headquarter, WHO, CDC, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and continuously updated our work procedures and standards




  • Personal protective equipment for all employees in the different hotel departments;
  • Training of staff in the special code of practice and behavior at work and after;
  • Daily health screening  of staff before entering the workplace;
  • Appointment of dedicated crisis team of upper level management and department heads to follow-up and control the implementation of all measures;




  • PVC protectors at the reception desk;
  • Registration at the reception of no more than 2 guests at a time, unless they are members of one family;
  • Reminder from reception staff about measures for social distance, hand hygiene and respiratory hygiene;




  • Regular disinfection and cleaning of critical points in hotel rooms - door handles,  remote control, telephone, mini bar, switches, wardrobe and drawer handles, bathroom;
  • Frequent disinfection and cleaning of common areas critical points: lift buttons, handrails, corridors, WC, luggage room, door handles etc.;
  • Carefully disinfection of room after departure the previous guests;
  • Sleepwear and towels will be washed in minimum 60 ° С, with detergent and disinfectant;
  • Training of Housekeeping staff by professional companies for hotel complex hygiene ,certified by the Ministry of Health;
  • Decorative bed covers, cushions and other textiles are temporary removed from the rooms;
  • Disinfection stations in place in common areas (lobby, restaurant and bar entrance, swimming pools and relax zones,  kid`s playground );
  • There will be putted information materials to comply  the social distance, а good personal hygiene and use of personal protective equipment;




  • The flow of the guests is organized to enter from 1 entrance and exit from another;
  • Special arrangement of tables, keeping a social distance;
  • Hand sanitizer is available at restaurant entrances and on bar tops;
  • Regular disinfection and cleaning of the dining room;




  • Special arrangement of sunbeds;
  • Disinfection stations for guests disposal;
  • Regular disinfection and cleaning of sun chairs.
