•  Reservations must be prepaid 50% at the time of booking. You can pay for your reservation by bank transfer to a bank account specified by us or through a virtual POS terminal on our website.
•  Online reservations is considered confirmed after bank payment.
• In case of cancellation of a paid reservation within 7calendar days before the date of arrival, the paid amount by you will be fully refunded.
• In case of cancellation of a paid reservation after 7 calendar days before the date of arrival, Hotel Ljuljak retains 50% of the value of the reservation as penalty.
